Sagamore Hills Civic Association was established shortly after newly-built homes were occupied in the 60’s because residents wanted to maintain the quality of life the subdivision provided. They knew that, working together with common concerns and goals, success was attainable.

Membership has always been voluntary in the Association. While membership fluctuates each year, approximately 75% of homes pay annual dues. Most of these residents also support designated funds dealing with beautification, security, and legal concerns.

The key to the success of the organization has always been neighbors working with neighbors – a camaraderie enjoyed even today.
