Beautification Chair:  Edwin Rhinehart

The Hotline is a community email information service for news, security alerts, trades people, and events affecting our neighborhood. And it's free. Database Manager - Sandra Reeder
This person takes the responsibility for keeping our home owners names, addresses, and phone numbers up-to-date.   She works with compiling an accurate Sagamore Hills Directory and with Treasurer as dues are received. Our database manager can be contacted at Database@sagamoreonline.net

Education Liaison:  Jim Hutchinson

Nominating Committee Chair- Edwin Rhinehart
Responsible for nominations of people to serve on the Sagamore Hills Civic Association Board of Directors. Four people are elected each year for three year terms.  Suggestions welcomed at  nominating@sagamoreonline.net

By-laws, Policies and Procedures, and Parliamentary actions are the focus of this committee.

Safety/Security and Police Liaison:  Jake Waldrop and Jim Hutchinson

"Signal" Newsletter Editor - Patrick O'Kane

Signal Delivery Coordinator: - Barb Ribner
